My Sperm Count Is 130 Million Which Is A Very

My Sperm Count is 130 Million which is a very good Thing, but Motility is 25% Active Sperm, I have Use Gonadil F+Vit E600+Clomid twice a day and Surbex-z once a Day
after two month Use there is not even 1% Better Diffrence.
Please Suggest my Medicine i can buy easily in Pakistan
