My Three Month Old Grandson Was Diagnosed With An Issue

My Three month old grandson was diagnosed with an issue with the diaphragm in the right lung it showed it was up an not down I guess like it should be which affects the amount of space in that lung, what could cause this problem. Or how do you fix it?
