My USS Shows A Bulky Uterus With An Expanded Myometrium

My USS shows a bulky uterus with an expanded myometrium with echo textures of 3.5cm by 3.1cm in the anterior wall, 2.7 by 2.2cm in the posterior fundal Wall and 2.9cm by 2.2cm in the low posterior wall. The endometrium has normal thickness, no cyst, no cyesis or retained products. What does this result mean? And is the fibroid the cause of my delay in pregnancy?
