My Uncle Has Suffered A Mild Cerebral Attack On 1st

My Uncle has suffered a mild cerebral attack on 1st April 2015. He is now under treatment where he is been prescribed with the following list of medicines:
1.Telsar 40 ( 0-x-0)
2. Ecosprin Gold-20/150 (o-x-x)
3. Pan D (o-x-x)
4. Galvas met 50/500 (o-x-o)
5. Trapex 1 mg (x-o-o)
6. Neurobion forte (x-x-o)

He is highly diabetic so he takes:
Insuman Combo 25 (o-x-o)

After the attack he was recovering properly in the first 2 weeks, but from last one week he is feeling severely tired. He is sleeping all day. At night he is generally sleep deprived.
He is hardly active or talking. Mostly he is irritated. His right side of the body has been affected after the attack. His vision has been affected too.

By profession he is a pediatrician., and writer. He is hyper sensitive about his work. Since he cannot work he is very very depressed.

I would like get your valued opinion.
