My Uncle Is Apparently In The Early Stages Of Dimensia

My Uncle is apparently in the early stages of Dimensia (not sure of the spelling) and taking Aricept. They are also giving him Remeron for depression an Metoprolol for his blood pressure. He spends most of hi time holding down his head with his eyes closed. My question is can any of these drugs cause him to be reacting this way or can it be causedby the combination of all three. Also he does not want to eat and has lost a lot of weight.
