My Widal Agglutination test conducted by a local testing lab is Negative

AO , AH , BO & BH all of them are 1/ 120 except TYPHI O which is 1/40 and TYPHI H which is 1/160

what should i do as precautionary measure and when to conductan other test ? Thank and regards
