My Wife Aged 76 Has Been Complaining Every Day "I'M

My Wife aged 76 has been complaining every day "I'M Sick" Says she feels pain every where. Has been seen by several doctors but nothing found. Could this be related to her Alzheimer's disease IE a phantom pain. Is it common? Been going on for a long time. I have no clue.
