My Abdomen Has Been Swelling All Day And Is Quite

My abdomen has been swelling all day and is quite painful I called 111 today and they wanted to send an ambulance to attend to me which I refused as I didn't think it necessary instead opting to visit my GP who has recommended that I have a blood test tomorrow I do have x 2 ulcers that I got through having to take a lot of pain killers recently when I broke my ribs I have IBS and have had polyps removed which contained Cancer I also have diverticulitis and suspected Chrohns disease for which I have recently been prescribed steroids the feeling is very uncomfortable should I just wait for the outcome of the blood test which won't until Monday?
