My Abs Feel Like They Burn And Get Tight At

My abs feel like they burn and get tight at the same time my rib cage feels the same as my abs. I sometimes feel as if my breath wants to go away with a knot feeling in my throat then a sudden thump in my chest that kind of feels cold. What is causing this ?
