My Adult Daughter Has No Diagnosis. Her Esophagus Has Become

My adult daughter has no diagnosis. Her esophagus has become 100% immobile. 0% swallows Her lower sphincter is normal low resting pressure. She has tested negative for all autoimmune panels including scleroderma sojourns colitis basic ana panel negative. She has no other known health issues other than 2 recent miscarriages due to MTHFR C677T Double mutation. Hoping someone out here has a suggestion other than a feeding tube and no hope.
