My Adult Son Had Recent Urine Test Along With Other

My adult son had recent urine test along with other blood work etc. because of mysterious joint pain and skin lesions which tests have not found any causes.

What are initials HPF, SED, Ql & squamous, ephitherial cells meaning in urinalysis? He has shown remarks
as present or few which I assume means bacteria of some kind.
