My Adult Son Is Bipolar And He Needs A Doctor

My adult son is bipolar and he needs a doctor to see him and prescribe meds. He was living in a home for the homeless in North Dallas but decided to hop on a train to San Antonio, Tx. He called us to pay for his return trip. He is out of meds and wants help with admission and/or get some meds for his condition. Is there anything you can do to help me?
