My Adult Son Takes Bupropion (Wellbutrin) For Bi-polar Depression And

My adult son takes Bupropion (Wellbutrin) for bi-polar depression and he takes loratadine both prescribed by a doctor. He recently tested positive on a urine test given in the clinic. The clinic now requires all patients taking any kind of pain medication to take a urine test. He tested positive for amphetamine/methamphetamine, and he does not use meth and he is extremely upset by this test. What is ytour opinion and how can he rectify this situation?
