My adult son was dagnosed today with an increase in fat in the liver. He has gained about 30 lbs in eight
years time. David is a dishwasher at the local university, standing for hours in front of either a carousel to remove and clear uneaten food from plates, or man the dishwasher, by loading soiled dishes or removing'
clean ones. His MD says David should exercise more, and watch his diet. David does. Part of his problem is that he leads a somewhat sedentary life in a group residence, as I am no longer able to watch over his daily life, Are there supplements that he can take on a daily basis to mitigate the effects of the fatty deposits in the liver? I've continued to look for after-work exercise programs, but his fulltime work
and lack of access to a supervised program, make it a challenge, Thanks for whatever you can suggest in the way of supplements to help me help David at least slow the process of fatty deposits from continuing to build in his liver. John L,
