For a long time I used to experience light pains with my testicle and lower abdomen, but it is more on right side. From morning to right on the abdomen (from the right side of the navel) there was a slight slim pain until the right testicle. In the evening, the abdominal pain becomes intense and goes to the intolerable stage, the nausea vomits and saliva in the mouth and the body feels very weak, with little fever. After a while the pain is slightly reduced and painkillers are given injection. Then go to the hospital. I was asked to take urologist's advice, but it is not possible at night.
There is still slight pain in the testicle and occasionally the slightest pain on the right side of the stomach is felt. Do not feel any pain when pressing.
What will be the possible reasons for this problem and whether there is any complications or the details will be beneficial.

(Previously I had the habit of using various types of drugs such as alcohol, gaza (marijuana), yaba (meth + caffeine), but it is not only said but but occasionally used. There is a habit of smoking.)
