My Age 23 ,From Few Months I Was Suffering From

My age 23 ,From few months I was suffering from testicle problem i.e my left testicle has gone little bit down and at first the pain is there and now no pain,but at back near to kidney I am getting pain if I stand or walk for more hours and I will do mastrubation, does it is cause for this,if it is testicle torsion,after marriage can I have children and I consulted doctor but not yet recovered so please suggest me what to do?
