My Age Is 17 And My Right Breast Is Smaller

My age is 17 and my right breast is smaller than the left one. It pains at times and even when touches . I usually. Get hitter by peoples elbow on the right breast and it pains badly. I consulted a doctor may b 4 years back and gave me a tablet that contains oil and she asked me to apply dem bt I cud nt c any changes. What am I suppose to do??
