My Age Is 20 My Left Testies Having Pain And

My age is 20 My left testies having pain and feel heavy than right and small abdmol pain is there and I am not be able to walk when I walk my left testies pains and its lower than right is there any serious problem Plz tell me fast I am really scared I go to the gym and I left heavy weight and here temperature is higher than normal I don't feel comfortable atall Plz help me
