My Age Is 25 I Am Mastrabating Since 15 At

My age is 25 I am mastrabating since 15 at 3 to 5 times on daily basis but recently I stopped as there is frequent need of urination and blood in urine i started taking cxstex but inn worried now plz help me suggest treatments or any tablets because I m having back pain as well
