My age is 25.Iam quiet confused by my current situation. Five years before i got urinal issue ( prostate enlargement) doctor prescribe me alkaston and roliflo od2. After few years scanning they said its over reactive bladder. Prostate no any issue anymore. Almost five year now iam taking same medicine as asked by doctor. Five year before when i do masturbation the lubricant gel use to come. I used to masturbate twice in day for long time. Now i feel like dried up. After taking medicine my lubricant feels dried up. currently iam married. Iam not able to do proper sex. I have no much feeeling while i does. Lubricant comes after ejaculation. And not able to ejaculate inside. As sperm comes only when i do with my hand. Even when she does with hand its not happening. I dont know whether its due to continuous medication or masturbation. But after having medicine lubricant stopped . Only comes after ejaculation. And there is pain on the penis head when touches hand or something. Like sensitive is there. Last day i started taking supplements. I feel weak these days. But no much improvement. But when i does masturbation still semen comes. But feel has reduced from earlier a lot. ANd litle pain is ther. Advice me on this.
