My Age Is 28years Old Last Month I Got Married

My age is 28years old last month I got married me and my husband went to Shillong for honey moon
After few days my Vigina is itching to much first I thought because it was my time but my problem is getting worst my upper part of Virgina is itching to much whole day I have to scratch it now I can feel it burning .
I can feel now so many pimples type spot are coming plz help me out
