My Age Is 31. I Am Sufering From Knee Pain

My age is 31. I am sufering from knee pain from 4-5 days. My doctor asked me to hv a uric acid test. but the report is normal. doctor advise me Altraday tablet for 5 days& asked for hot pack on both knee.
it's been 2 days m hvng medicine but didnt get relief. what should i do? Do i need any other test? kindly suggest
