My Almost 5 Year Old Daughter Fell Down The Stairs

My almost 5 year old daughter fell down the stairs on Friday evening head over heels about 9-10 steps. She didn't seem injured at all, cohereant, never lost consciousness. Saturday late morning she complained of pain to the right of her belly button (from her perspective), slightly sensitive to pressure. By end of evening she seemed fine, no other issues or concerns except she was having issues being able to poop. She said it hurt to poop and refused to go. She hasn't been able to poop at all today either. She's been drinking lots of water and eating normal. Had plum/prune juice as well. I gave her 2 Pedialax children's laxatives around 4pm. Nothing, no help/relief. She then got a children's glycerin suppository around 830pm because she was very uncomfortable and still said it hurt too bad to try and poop (Her bum area, not her stomach). After an hour plus there was still no bowel movement and she said it still hurt to push and just wanted to go to bed. She did have a very small amount of wet farts if she pushed hard enough, but it hurt to do so. She went to bed around 1040pm.
She is lactose intolerant and has had constipation/diarrhea issues in the past if she had too much yogurt, regular milk, etc but giving her the children's laxative has always helped with no issues. Could this just be a bad case of constipation and keep on her to poop or could the fall have caused an obstruction or something possibly? She's had a normal temp, no vomitting, peeing regularly, no blood in the urine and otherwise acting normal. Thank you!
