My Ankles Are Swollen And I Have A Rash On

My ankles are swollen and I have a rash on my right ankle not getting any bigger but the more I'm on my feet the swollen travels up my legs. I was in hospital for Pneumonia, I was given shots in stomach for clots for 1st 2 days but not for the last 2 days of 4 day stay. I also have gout but toe area not swollen and paint not there.
