My Anus Feels Sore. Yesterday, I Spent The Whole Day

My anus feels sore. Yesterday, I spent the whole day walking around a theme park with my family, and my anus felt a little itchy, but nothing too distracting. When I finally got home and wiped, I had not wiped well enough from my last bowl movement. Now, my anus feels sore and it looks strange. Is there any relation or could it be something more sinister?
