My Anus Has Been Itching Lately, But I Switched Wet

My anus has been itching lately, but I switched wet wipes recently so I think that is what is causing the itching. But I noticed this small lump just inside my anus that is itching sort of and is sort of painful when I press against it. I don't know what it is.
