My Approx 2 - 3 Year Old Spayed Female Rescue

My approx 2 - 3 year old spayed female rescue kitty, formerly a semi-feral, has, since last night, been struggling to pee very often, and only a few drops come out, and it is thin like urine, but red, like there is blood in the urine.
We are seniors on a low, fixed income, have NO credit cards, and don't get paid for a week, yet. MY regular vet has no openings till Monday morning, the local emergency vet clinic wants $75 up front that I don't have, and they said they do NOT make payment arrangements. I don't know what to do to help her until Monday morning.
I LEFT the consult, because I did not realize this was a paid service--I have no way to pay online.
