My Apt Flooded About 2 Months Ago, They Left The

My apt flooded about 2 months ago, they left the water for a week. Now, my cats and I have similar problems, sores that don't heal well, black gunk in our noses & mucus, teeth getting scale and black spots appearing on them. I have had good teeth my whole life, last week a tooth shattered, broke like slate...slivers...
Help!
My skin has black tiny balls under sores...the cats have this too...our nails are powdery....
