My Arms Get Numb Like They Got To Sleep When

My arms get numb like they got to sleep when I have them in a certain position. Usally when they are close to my sides. I am overweight and have kind of a roll of fat under my arms which I thought was pibcing a nerve, but it has gotten worse in the last couple of weeks.
