My Arms Hurt Occasionally The Whole Arm From My Shoulder

My arms hurt occasionally the whole arm from my shoulder to my wrist, my hands also go numb, not at the same that my arms hurt, specially at night. My 4 and 5 finger normally, and occasionally I wake up with my whole hand being numb, the pain in my arms comes and goes, not everyday
