My Arms Itch Really Bad. I Have Changed Laundry Detergent

My arms itch really bad. I have changed laundry detergent lotion etc to organic products. My moles on my arms have fallen off because I've scratched so hard. The moles scab up heal and come back but look a little different. I plan to see a dermatologist but currently have no extra money any ideas on what the problem may be. Cortizone creams haven't helped
