My Aunt Had Her Gall Bladder Removed In 2013 And

My aunt had her gall bladder removed in 2013 and she has been to the er several times recently because of painful knots in the upper abdominal area...the physician at the er performed a CT Scan with no contrast and found nothing...she says that after she eats the food just sits there and doesnt seem to go down...could this be a gastrointestinal blockage of some sort...we are in Louisiana and she cannot find a physician who accepts Aetna Medicaid...can you help?
