My Aunt Had The Flu In January And Has Never

My aunt had the flu in January and has never really recovered completely from the illness. She is 77 years old and had always been very active. Since having the flu she has no strength to do anything and has recently been sent to a rehab facility due to repeated falls. The doctor ordered a MRI of her brain which showed severe cerebral atrophy. What is the prognosis?
