My Aunt Just Was Diagnosed With Goodpasture Syndrome, And It

My aunt just was diagnosed with Goodpasture Syndrome, and it has destroyed her kidney function. She has virtually no urine output at this point and is declining to do dialysis and opt for hospice. She has a compromised pulmonary system already due to lifelong smoking and has had a recent large aneurysm that was repaired in her neck next to one of her arteries. How long can she be expected to live?
