My Aunt Took A Very Bad Fall Weeks Ago, I

My aunt took a very bad fall weeks ago, I have noticed several changes in her lately She seems extremely confused, she thinks she has bathed when she hasn't.......she is nauseous and has very little appetite......she has been napping a lot. She was hospitalized overnight but released..... she had a hematoma but it was small enough that they released her. My question is, could this have grown larger in the time she's been home? Should I get her to a doctor tomorrow?
