My Baby Always Get High Fever. Last Time She Got

My baby always get high fever. Last time she got 105 temp. Is any medicine for high fvr. The hospital is 40min away from our place. Plz suggest any medicine for my baby to control the temp till we reach the hospital. We gve meftal p last time but was not controlled.
