My Baby Daughter (11 Months Old) Has Developed White Pimples

My baby daughter (11 months old) has developed white pimples all over her hands and legs. We consulted our pediatrician who thought it might be because of insects. I would have liked to upload a pic or two of the boils. They are subsiding and few new ones are arising. Baby is healthy and active. Occasionally she runs a little temperature for an hour or so.

Kindly let me know what could be the cause.
