My Baby Daughter Has Like A Rush With Little Bumps

My baby daughter has like a rush with little bumps on her upper and lower eyelids closest to the nose. It started three days ago but it is getting worse and she keeps rubbing her eyes hard and constantly until it looks like someone punch her. There no redness in The eyeball. How can i help her?
