My Baby Drank Some Bleach While I Was Cleaning The

My baby drank some bleach while I was cleaning the dishes and I seen him with bleach all over his face and probably must of drank a bit of it or taste it I'm not sure he looks okay and happy I just gave him milk but should I take him to the hospital??
