My Baby Girl Is 1 Year Old Now. Was Having

My baby girl is 1 year old now. was having her birthday on 12th November, but since yesterday she was sufferring thru cough & same is still going on.
In past our Dr. suggested her Althrocin drops for her Fever & cough.
Can you suggest if we have to continue using althrocin or any other suggestion by you.
