My Baby Girl Is 18 Months Old And Had A

My baby girl is 18 months old and had a very difficult birth. Failed forceps and then emergency c section. Then she was jaundice from the bruising. At 3 months old was diagnosed with torticollis, plagiocephaly and hypotonia. She has had several genetic and chromosome testing and MRI and all have come back normal. She still can only sit for a few seconds/minutes at time and fatigues quickly. She can role both ways and roles as a form of transportation. However can not crawl or no where near walking. She was also seen for a vascular hemangioma (located on the same side of her torticollis). She does weekly OT and PT and has early intervention as well as speech. Her speech is also delayed. Doctors say it is not cerebral palsy and are testing for muscular disorders like spinal muscular atrophy. Her ck levels have also been normal. I'm at a lost as to wear to go or how to help her.
