My Baby Got Her Tongue Tie Fixed And While Doing

My baby got her tongue tie fixed and while doing the aftercare stretches a blue string came off her tongue when my finger slipped and it was bleeding and I found a tiny blue string. Did a vein pop out of her tongue or a piece of a vein. Is this dangerous?
