My Baby Got Some Fibers Out Of The Back Of

My baby got some fibers out of the back of a toy that had busted open today. She had them in her hand and was moving her mouth weirdly. I rinsed her mouth and she gagged some. During her pre bedtime bottle she didn't drink it all and acted like she was gagging a little. She has been stuffy for a day or so before this but seems stuffier and her cheeks are red. I used Little Rememdies saline drops to try and clear her nose and she had a screaming fit but when I suctioned her nose on the end of the bulb syringe was a fiber from the toy! What should I do? I'm concerned she may still have some of those fibers in her throat.
