My Baby Has Had Bloody Diarrhea And I Switched Her

My baby has had bloody diarrhea and I switched her from milk based formula (sh was drinking concentrated formula by accident prepared by a family member) to soy based today but she is very gassy and fussy. I also have been supplementing with pedialyte since she had diarrhea with stresks of fresh blood in it for almost 2 straight days. Is this the recommended treatment for this situation.
