My Baby Has Watery Motion Last 3-4 Day . Doct.

My baby has watery motion last 3-4 day . Doct. Prescribe oflox 100mg syp 5ml twice daily But there was no effect wid this then i change the doc. He prescribe o2(oflox 50mg ornidazole 125mg) 5ml twice daily. Now he feeling better. I want to know the first medocine is correct or not? And is it ok to give low strength after giving higher strength?
