My Baby Is 1 N Half Month Old. Her Weight

My baby is 1 n half month old. Her weight is 4.1 kg from past 20 days. She is only breastfed. But now she refuses milk n also throws up if forcefully given. Doc advised emigo n rantac syrup also since she has cough he advised ambrodil s. Is it safe to give such meds. Also wanted to inform that inspite of giving all these meds she still suffers the same way
