My Baby Is 2 Months Old. We Had Given Her

My baby is 2 months old. We had given her penta-rotavirus-ipv-pcv vaccine. After that she had regular water stools.doctor given me zincolife syrup, rinifol z and himalaya bonnisan. But still she had a same water stool and gas problem.please help me i am very worried
