My Baby Is 2 Months Old, And About A Week

My baby is 2 months old, and about a week or so ago I had her to the doctor for an ear infection. He put her on an antibiotic and I give it to her 2 times a day. She still seems to be warm, when I took her temp it was 99.. But with fever reducers and warm bathes it seems to control it. Is this normal for her to be getting warm like this after being on antibiotics for a week now?
