My Baby Is 2 Months Old N Doctor Advice To

My baby is 2 months old n doctor advice to give him asitozym drops 15 ml .
6 drops two time.
But after given him baby baar baar stomach loose kar raha hai.
It is safe for him.
Medicine se Pehle baby green colour ki potty kar raha tha.
Please tell me it is safe or not?
