My Baby Is 2 Weeks Old And Has A Prescription

My baby is 2 weeks old and has a prescription antibiotic for thrush. I've been so tired and exhausted, I gave him his medicine and then shortly after panicked thinking I might have already given him his medicine about 2 hours prior. I'm supposed to give him his medicine every 6 hours (4 times daily). If I made this mistake, will he be okay? Or do I need to call the doctor?
